           It’s very cold and windy today. The outside air is better than yesterday however. I swam half an hour with one of my colleagues after having the lunch. I felt very comfortable after sporting, but the exercise was not enough. If I could swim twice or third a week, I should feel better. Most of the worker has some trouble in the cervical vertebra or the lumbar vertebra. It is a common kind of the sub-health. There is not a good idea to treat the sick, we should do more exercise and keep at the sub-health.

it is very good full body work out . the basic principle of swimming is buoyancy ..human body has high water content and its density ,when I was thirty I start to learn swimming .. six times after I breath in water well .. the beginning I can't breath is close to density of water .  I do strikes ten times between breath .. but it is good I conquer the fear of deep water .. do you do tethered swimming.
what stlye you do ?  freestlye .butterfly  .laying flat on back

I learned swimming by myself. I can swim breaststoke only. As you say, you would triumph, when you conquer the fear of the water.
