Bad feeling

Yesterday I had a bad feeling since going back home for no reason. It was so uncomfortable that I was restless whatever I looked at and I didn’t have dinner. For a long time my feeling became a little good.

- maybe, you could look for a good way to calm down. for example lisening music, eating, going to a walk etc. i think whichever way all will make your feeling good quickly.
