Recently , I become little confident of my English ,expecially for sending email to my client . When I send out the email , my leader will help me check it and point out the mistakes if found . I thank to him for his help .
Every coin has two sides , At the begining , I try to treat his suggestions as a good one and make a decision to study hard . But I start to hate his words and attitude recently, which he wants to handle my thinking , that's to say , I need to follow his ideas to do everything . Although he is good at Englsih and has much experience on work , we need to respect each other . Giving more attention and encouragement , I will be very appreciated !
