Telephone line for the new Plant

Last week,we already deliveried the phone line application form to China Unicom.and one staff of DongGuan Division China Unicom told me he already passed the application form to the headquater of China Unicom and he will setup the phone line for us this monday.because we need one more phone line for the new plant.my boss,Mr Ben give me the deadline of the phone line setup is today too.but China Unicom called me this morning,said the application form is returned cos some information of our company is unclear.that make me very angry.all the information was filled out by your staff.and now,you told me the information is fault.who's fault.I argued with the sale manager of China Unicom.made both unhappy.I know arguement is not the way to resolve problem.took a few minutes to calm down.I made a phone call to the sale manager with normal mood.and we made another arrangement of the phone line.hope this arrangement no problem.hope everything is ok with our new plant setup.

- why only setting a telephone line become a big trouble? i think it should be easy to finish at current tec condition and service enterprise.maybe some special demand in your company ??
