i am a lazy person!

these day ,i didnt write anything .the reason is not that i have no time ,but i am very lazy. i hate myself .why i became so lazy person.many times i asked myself,what is wrong with myself?i dont know ,in the spare time ,i should do many things .such as learning english,studing my subject .but i dont want to do anything .how should i do ?my dear friend,can u give me some useful advises?

- I will also turn to a lazy one, don't feel like doing anything. Or when I'm under hyper stress it's hard to foucs on what I do .. anyway, don't blame youself, just like a cloud you put on your image let itself be!! :)
