Long time ago,Andy,A friend of mine,work in P&G now, told to me that everyone has great power to leading others,so if I want to success,I should confident and have the great enthusiasm to inspire others and leading others in the way of success!

   Indeed,I am a shy boy at first!              When I the first came into university,I was very nervously in the front of my class.You just can imagined how nervous I am at that time.I almost can speak a whole word!Too nervous to speak!

   But luckily my classmates support me,they gave me confident during the past two years!At the first electioneeringa of my class,I successfully be selected be a commissary in charge of publicity with the support of my class!Thank you！ Unfortunately I have no any experience at the time,and I disappointed my class at last!Ant I lost the support by them.

  But the second year during my academic time,I was selected to be a deputy president of a department.During the past one years,with the activity and enthusiasm,I became powerful and powerful,more and more confident,and learn a lot of things of how to be a leader!

  During the last one year,I learned a lot of things,and I want to come back to be serve my classmates rather than school.So I started to do a lot of things to gain back the support of my class!I tried everything I can,luckily I am success!I was selected to be the third monitor of my class!Girls and boys!Thank you !You are my power backing !

  Now I had become more and more confident in leading others.With the coming competition of Entrepreneurship,I has took over a team and be the captain.Now our project is faster and better than other teams so far.

So I have some tips of how to be a leader to share with you:

1.You should be confident!This is very important.If you are not confident,how do others trust you?So at first, you should be confident,You should tell others you can be a good leader,and you have the ability in leading them to success.

2.Communication sincerely is a powerful weapon of your success!It is no doubt that everyone wants to communicate with others.If you can do well in this job, you can gain the support of others.And everyone will consider you are a good guy who can rely on!

3.Help others without hesitation when they need!Everyone will in trouble sometimes.If you can help them when they need,you can gain their heart and you will be a good friend of him or her.
