My english for new job

Having worked for my new job about one month ,my first feeling is "there is pressure ,there is motivation" . For my new job ,i should improve my English ASAP , beacuse I had made a promise " I would have a big progess after 3 months" when i got this job .Though my boss didn't give me a target , i felt it's stressful ,I should practice english everyday , i changed the pressure to motivity to improve my poor english .
Having been one month so far ,my english had haven some progress already ,so i believe my english will become better ande better just i stick to practice it .
"I have a dream " one day my english will not be my weak point but my superiority.
