The year of 2011 is going to draw to a close.Our manager talks with everyone in our group.

If I was applied for this job now,maybe I would believe his words and have a good emotion to communicate with him.But I am not a intern any more.Though I know he is intend to let each workmate work longer in the corporation.

However I think he should treat somebody equally and be Willing to assume responsibilities when the progress in trouble.At the same time,he should treat others as friends instead of robots.It is too late to make a different face when the others want to escape your vision.
