There is a problem following with me all the time as long as i think about my work and my future. Whether I should quit my job or not? I have been arranging my work procedure and no time to think it since I came back to work after the holiday. It’s too busy to deal with the routine recently.
As we all know, it is a peak time to change a job at the beginning of the year. Many young people choose to leave their job or are thinking about doing that at that time even if they don’t find the new job. Last day I saw one article on the 21st English, regards this kind of people as “naked” resignation, which remind me of the word of “naked marriage”. It ‘s quite funny, isn’t it? So I don’t know whether I should join it or not. If I quit this job, I don’t guarantee I will look for a better job than that now. But if I go on working in my company, it would be really stupid and waste of time to stay here.
Some of my colleagues often complain the paid they get is too lower than those of others’ company who do the same thing and at the same position, which can’t afford their life with the high living standards. However instead of that I think I can’t learn something any more unless I change another position in our company. It is not boast that, i n fact I am a modest girl someone knows it as long as he/she is aware of me. Completely it is the limit of the job position itself in my team or in my company.
Though it ‘s a little late to realize the truth, I have to do something for it. When I was a student, I ever fantasied that I can travel the nation or world twice every year . What a nice dream it is! But it is not realistic for me to do that. But I still learn to take some time to relax and remove negative energy from my body on weekend.
Now, having said all that, I have to make a decision myself at last. No matter what happens ,I will insist on my attitudes and ways to study and make the life meaningful and memorable.

In your case, it is indeed a difficult decision because nobody knows whether you could find a better job than this one after you resign. There are jobs avaiable in Shenzhen for you choose from but you have to consider the depressed economy at this time. This is a question of calculated risks. You will have to make your own decision. I myself have changed many jobs before I settled down on something suitable for myself and have not regretted change. Wish you the best of luck.

- girl, quiting a job is normal in current career job field. as i view, the quiting reason should be realized correctly. less poor salary? not a interest major field? boring boss and bad colleagues relationship?? bad foreseeing of a company?? or other else?? what's ourselves' efforts in the job quiting?? all will be seen clearly when you think it out. then choose it again. good luck in career path,girl.
