Play badminton
Yesterday，I joined the team of playing badmiinton with my colleagues in our company.The badminton site is at the first floor in shenzhen sports center.There are totally twenty fields supplied to people to play badminton. Though i had done sports with some friends of mine in others' badminton venue, i found the gym was more perfect . It was the first time to play badminton since last December, I was quite excite and happy.
After work, my fellow and i went to the gym on foot, it take about twenty minutes to get there. When we arrived the place, ones were playing badminton,some guys were doing the pre-game warmups. The adminstrator used to order two pieces of fields in advance before friday.There are about three hundred people in our company, only ten fellows to join the activity, sometimes maybe still less. I thought maybe most of them had married and had their own children, they had to keep them out of work. The pressure is much more than the others they don't walk into the palace of the marriage . They just wanted to have a good sleep on weekends insteads of doing sports.
The night I had played badminton for one hour, after that i was exhausted and i felt i had a backache. yes. It's a long time for that i haven't play badminton and doing others' exercises. Though i felt a little tired,i was more happy to release the negative energy in my body.Maybe i should do more sports as same as the year in 2011.Come on! Go on!

- badminton is a nice sport. i like it due to some reasons, but less playing , so ashame, heihei..
