Two days this week, I have been looking for a house in baishi state in Shenzhen. It is indeed a awful and exhausting experience.

           I and two friends set out at about 12 am on Saturday from my current house.It took twenty minutes to get the station of baishi state. Because I have a friend had moved into the state before one month, which I had mentioned in my front blog. So I asked her to company with us to search the house. We all three chatted as we looking for the rent information on the wall. At first we were quite excited and walked with a high passion. The house which we first found was small and no balcony. It was unacceptable to me. So we went on. The second house was at fourth floor and the light was bright. But we still gived  it up, duing to the dear rent. After two hours, we only found two rent house information. At that time, we realized the fact it was hard to find a satisfying house now in baishi state.

          The place where we had been looking for is at the same side of the window of world. My friend suggested that we can look for a house at the opposite of the window of world. So we had to walk to the place. When arriving the place, we found the rent information was posted everywhere, nearly every house, on the wall. It is a exciting thing. So I dialed one of them number to the owner. To our surprise, she told me that she worked at a intermediary. She could help us find a house satisfied. Because we were all tired and it was late. We have to agree the demand she told us. It was we should give her ten yuan and if she helped us find a suitable house, then we should pay for eighty yuan to her. At that time I reminded of the situation the collegue had told was just like this.

After about ten minutes, the intermediary took us to look the house she knew in this state. The first one was satisfying but she said it needs paying for one thousand and five hundred yuan each month. It was indeed expensive. So we asked her whether we can bargain with the owner of the house. Thinking after a few second, she told she can help us bargain with the owner, but we must pay one half or one in three the money saving in the bargain. It was calculated by one year. That was too say, if the owner rented the house to us for 1300, then we should pay her extra one thousand and two hundred yuan. It is a naked blackmail. We were all angry. We had to send her away with some reasons.

It was late, and we were exhausted. So we decided to continue to look for a house tomorrow.

After I went to home, I searched some information in 58 city. I looked at two rent information in the internet. I called for the owner and check time to look at the house. Both of them told me I can look at the house in the afternoon tomorrow. I feel a little happy. The night I slept well and made a good dream.

Today I got to the place in time and called to the owner I had contacted with yesterday. But one was rented out.(I had called the owner before one hour.And he told me to find him at two pm.)How fast it is! But I don’t have time to blame the owner, I called the other. About half an hour, the owner took us to visit the house. The price and house is indeed attractive. So I told him I decided to rent the house. He told me I had to rent the rest furniture in the house and paid him two hundred every month. I can’t accept the trade again. So I gave it up again. It is awful.

In the end my friend said she can call the intermediary helping her find her current house. She said the intermediary is reliable and friendly. I had no choice but do it. The intermediary was indeed a good woman. She was patient and responsible to us. At last I found a house I liked. Though it was full of twists and turns, I learned a lot in looking for the house.
