Whether sign the contract with the company?

Now i am in a new company which the boss want to sign the contract with him, and i do not have signed any contract with any companies, even the company which i just left in the former month.
I need some one there help me and give me some advice about the signing contract with the company, even i am not the students, but i feel that i am really lack of the law knowledge .I am really so confused about the signing of the contracts,.Even my sister is specialized in law but she does not the lawyer,she just learn somethings about the law not the all or the deep in the law..so i need the strange friends who know about this give me some advice, Thank you now here.
The company seems a new one here, there just two people in the company, and the one who stayed here for almost half a year need to do the cashiers need to do and contact with the accountant about the dept in the company..Now i am new here and what i need to do is a lot and what i need to learn is a lot, here i really think it is a good challenge for me because i need to learn some other skills ,not just the how to find the clients online and how to contact with the clients.what i need learn is another area...
Even small, but a good try...All the big companies are changing from the small ones...
Learning is the first here...and working is also important..

- signing contract with a company is normal rutine on hr management, and all new comers should sigh too. don't consider so more about it. if your company's contract is farmat text, that's not your consideration at all, what you can do is signing yourself's name on it. holding a contract can protect your rights sometimes. but to the none farmat text, you need read or ask it clearly indeed.but as my knowing, most of the enterprises use the format text to sign with each other.
