The summary of this month
I have seen that some friends here has written something about the March month, and i want to write the summary also ....That is the reason i write here.
Before the March in the February i quit the job which i have worked for almost one year ,and i start searching the job on the internet and through going the market of the talent ,there i happened to see many companies,but most of them are small companies , as you know the city is not the big one, and there in our industry the companies are also small, that is just what i was thinking about, i do not know whether it is right or wrong .After some interviewees in the small companies ,finally i choose one, and i want to work in that company for a long time , since the job like i searched need patience and need the perseverance,but after staying and working in that small company i feel very unhappy, i think i was not fit for that job, the people are so little, and when we work the manager will stare at you sometimes, it seems he do not have trust in his staff... and i also found some other things i do not like , so i left the job after half and two days....Then i happen to meet this current one now i am doing ..also the same small company but the boss seems very trust us...i think it is better for me ,since i do not like a boss who have no trust in their staff....also the good atmosphere here ....now i am working there since the March 5th.
The job is the same as the former company, but the atmosphere is very good, you will do your job with happiness, then the efficiency is increasing ....
Not very clear about what i am doing this month, but the most important thing is that i have found a job which i think is suit for me and i will longer working into this company even it is a very small one ...
The society is so big, working in this small company i will lose many opportunity to communicate with other different kinds of people, but what i gain is a normal work, and with not that much pressure , and i will do the work for me not just for the boss...it is called the double win ....

- good summary!glad to hear that you have found the job which suit for you now,we work with joys then we will feel happy in life,resulting in good efficiency,on the contrary,if we work with boring and complain everyday,no passion,no energey,no efficiency,then we will feel tired not only in our heavy brain or our exhaust body.

Exactly what i want to express but i do not know how to covey that meaning ..haha, you have summary the meaning ...it is the job which i think a good job ....
