Now you really have much time wasting during your job, during your work time ,since you have been fallen into a big trouble ,that is you know you were wasting your time ,and you know you should be work during the working time , but you still waste the time since you do not know what you need to do ,because you have done some work before, but there you can not feel that the work you have done were a good result ...It means that what you did before were useless, you were very disappointment about the effort you have paid ....You are so negative about your now job state and your now work way, and sometimes you want to escape from the now job and change a new one, but this thought did not that strong.
You know that No pains No gains,that does not mean , you have paid,and you must get a good result .....You know the truth that clearly, but have you really understand that meaning in your heart? No you have not, you just want to escape when you were facing the problems in your job, that is not a good way and good altitude towards the life and the work ,you need to be brave to face the problems , you need to be more courageous....

- Workplaces are nomrally full of competition, side-stepping, back stabbing and gossipy people. They would not give you a chance unless you are related or have something to offer to them.
You don't have to be so self critical. You are just in the same position as many others. All you have to do is to gain experience and learn useful things. You will be important if you have fiklls or something which others don't have. The future is in your own hands. Good luck.

- I nearly quited my job in 2012 when this project was under construction,but I sticked to it with my life's backup......When this project was finished,I looked back on how it was, I rejoiced that I had done the right thing at the most difficult time....

- lgityt: I nearly quited my job in 2012 when this project was under construction,but I sticked to it with my life's backup......When this project was finishedYour courage is really very powerful and your decision is right , but sometimes we will find we can not burden the pressure or face the difficulties, now for me , i do not know how to do ,and what to do i need some one who can tell me or guide me , But i can not find, And i will try to find a way by myself...

Yeah , I changed the profile , since i want to change a good altitude also it is a way to change my mood ....In the work i think i have met some problems, what i do are as one years ago , i can not find a new method to improve my work efficiency ..I need to do some study maybe i think ..
