Heavy rain in Beijing

When i got the news that cause the heavy rain in Beijing ,There are almost 37 people lost their lives , i feel so shocked...
Are the people become much weaker than before, are the city become much poorer than before, why this happened ?I can not imagine , and can not give the answer, but i feel so shocked ...that the heavy rain let the 37 lives leave there family , there relatives, and there life ...There i can do nothing , just want to pray these people can be good in the other place, God bless them .
Why this will happen in the big city like Beijing , I do not know ..Maybe the place need to do more improvement in the flood prevention measures ,Maybe the city need to pay more attention to the around town, where the conditions need to improve ...
I know that saying the other things are useless now, the dead can not back again, but i do not want to see the same things happen again, just like the 7.23 High -speed rail accident also many lives were lost ..
The government need to do more, what they do now are not very much ....

- The problem is caused by the cosmetic work in Beijing while neglecting the things underground which could not be seen. It is shocking that they are still using drainage created 100 years ago. There is always a price to pay for ignoring possible risks. People are more shocked that the authorities ordered the public media, newspapers not to report about the bad side of the Beijing floods, but only report about the good things. Does this help? Why don't they just find ways to prevent this from happening again. Condolences to those victims and families.

,People will pay for the ignore the possible risks ,it is really pay for many lives in this heavy rain, and we feel sad about the dead ones, also feel angry with the Beijing Media and the Government conditions about the underground constructions....The government should pay more attention to the people from their heart not just the outside works ...
