For me ,in this company everyday seems the usual work, and some things~it seems I have get used to this life style.
But actually, I am sometimes boring with the job, and sometimes even hate the job,with the bad emotions.
As now I know, that is just normal for a person who have get used to their daily work and daily life.
I like to read articles, especially for persons ,short articles, not that long, since I feel I do not have that much patient when I read long and long ones with the same steps~ actually, I love to read the articles about the common people with the common little things, and with their common life~ It is the reflect for the common people like me,and maybe common people have the same common feelings more than others in compare.
Today,happen a little thing.
A colleague of me, I just call her A.
She is order than me just two years, but she has worked more than three or four years than me ,When she started to do the international business, It was 2008,but when it is in 2008,I just start my college education.It make many differences, really it is .
She came to our little company at 2013,now, it will be a year for she came here.
It is strange for me to meet her the first time, we talked about two ours, she talked too much about her previous jobs, she told me, she can earn more than 13million/year when she in her previous company.I feel it is amazing and feel that I can learn much from her.Then she came to the company.
Actually I admire her ability too much~ I want to learn from her~
Now I have with her for one years almost, I really learned something, but it is nearly a little.
Maybe it dues to the products we are doing for, the client are not that much to match, till now she and me do not have any export business.
Still I am thinking about the questions? What I should do to learn from her?Is that I need to initiative to ask for her or what good suggest?
Or maybe some other reasons?
Maybe? Maybe? Or Maybe??????

- The first thing you should learn is how balance your thinking.
Yes, your job may be boring or without much benefit for the future,
but it is not easy to find a job which is really satisfying and pays well.
You have to gain working experience and upgrade your knowledge first.
Do not envy your colleague. According to what you wrote, I think she
is not that much better than you. Have confidence in yourself.
Try to learn as much as you can from your work and also learn from books and the internet. Few months should be sufficient to learn the essentials.
When you are ready, start looking for a better job while holding on to this job.
There are good jobs out there and if you have patience and willpower, you would find what you want. You can do it.

Tange: international trade , that was an amazing job in my mind ,
I won't say it is very easy but it is not so difficult.

- If you are familiar with your current work very well, you may fell boring. But someone tell me, don't be lack of patience as you can earn much experience as long as you can hold it one more day, one more day!

- Thanks for your advice and your encourage, I think both we can learn from each other, maybe due to some reasons, I have not learned too much from my colleague. Actually I think her success for doing the trading more than what she said, I am really admire,but not envy, I just think, how can she do this, it is amazing sometimes.
