Many people ever are afraid of something outside. Maybe dangerous animals. Maybe the chance at which he or she will lose his job. Actually fearness is not from the outside, it comes from inside. It is hard to beat the fearness from the inside.

Then the second problem appears. It is pressure. People feel a great of pressure these days. Pressure comes from schoold, company or home. But indeed pressure is kind of fearness because people are afraid of losing something or not getting what they can take.

As a student, you want to get high grades, so you feel higher pressure. As a white collar, you want to get upgrade and more salary, so you feel higher pressure. ......

Fearness and pressure will lead a lot of problems. We cant handle everything well under the pressure. The brain cant work well because of fearness. So we should learn to adjust ourselves and think in a healthy way. On the other hand, pressure is good and very important to the mankind. We keep going because of pressure. Maybe men and women will not work hard if they are of little pressure.

So conclusions come that fearness and pressure are necessary but should be under control.

In fact, ' necessary and under control' is easy to understand but hard to do it. We can try but things change when problems comes to you.
