she mentioned it to husband on purpose for, like, several times that morning. Instead,he did not pay much attention to her words  and  went straight to work after breakfast.

      when he came home at noon with nothing, my sister said in his face with a pretentious pout that he did not care about her enough, like a little girl.

     I am tired and busy all day,buy what you like ,ok?

     I get it,you do not like me the way you did before. just forget it 

      her husband smiled in a big way and said that he was starving 

      then they had lunch, a normal 、uneventful  meal.

     

      then  came the evening.he was back later than usual ,with a bag of snacks in his hand

     her birthday present. 

     

     my sister was of great joy. I can tell from the smile wearing on her face, yeah,happy.

    and the kids were much more delighted that their mother, for there were snacks.

      that is the real life of my sister and her family. they were not loaded, so it was kind of extravagant to buy chocolate and roses, or having dinner at a big fancy place,and with two little girls, they have no time to watch a movie, but it does not matter,noting got in the way of heir happiness

      Time just has a power to get people changed in mind tremendously. she was so completely content with the life of the moment ,with her husband ,her little girls,  the trifles and stuff, that she did not  care about herself any more, not even a bit. she  was not actually looking forward to having a real present, just good wished would be fine, and even she  got the one,she was so grateful that he spent money on candy but some showy things,like beautiful flowers or valuable dress .the fact that  the kids can enjoy the present makes the snacks worth the money broadly no matter how much it costs.

   she shared some candy with me and I  saved them the fridge,with love together,like  forever.
