About the driving license exam

I plan to join the driving license exam. But the new rule just be published recently. So I need to wait several days. Because the trainers need some times to get the best method for passing by the kinds of ways.
As our lift is getting better and better, the demand for car is more and more big. So the people to take the driving license examnation more and more. The car more and more recent years, no doubt the road is more and more crowded too, especially in the sity. The traffic accident often happens frequently，besides with seriously polluted. It's adds more presure for the goverment and people. So the goverment call for "co2 emission reduction and energy saving 节能减碳" all a long time. Even so, the people to take the driving license exam still increase year by year.
Just because of this, the goverment increased the difficulty for the driving license exam by the different ways, such as below:

- In my city, the driving test is the most difficult in the world. It is normal for people to fail more than 10 times before passing. My feeling is that the test is not enough. We still have to learn a lot about emergency and how to avoid serious accidents after passing the test. Learn as you drive. The good thing is that our driving license can be exchanged for the driving license of other countries like Europe, USA and Canada without taking another test. We can also drive in those countries.
A driving license is needed nowadays both for work and leisure, so you wish you can pass it.

- I passed this exam on Dec 25 2012,just before the new exam carried out. A little lucky. The exam becomes diffcult and trainees must practise more ,so the fee of exam is added.

We can exchange the drving license in the other countries. really? It's a good message. Come on!
Many peoples said that many contents of training not be used actually. So I agree with you, we still learn more deal with and avoid the accidents.
