Ideology of the law

Hot 2293 views. 2013-7-5 11:54

I want to say something about the law.
Thw law doesn't only exist in the court room, courte room is just a small part of it. The law is a system. The goverment is the representative of the people in the land to exercise the sovereignty, but shouldn't be the owner of the state and the people. It's the concept of contemporary state. As a human being, we should have some basic concept of living, It's called ideology or philosophy.
In the real life, the law display some gloomy sides.  Although the government admits there is rule of law, we have to know that the government have hundreds of people who have differnet backgruond...and greed and..varying degrees of neglecting the rule of law. So we shuold see injustice are everywhere.

Above all, Indeed, nowadays, maybe we often see unjustice, but I believe the law cause is "justice has long arms". In the real life, we should be have ideology of the law so that we can protect ourselves more well.
I hope we're so good at rights protection and full of the ideology of the law, at the same time we can see unjustice for who with different backgroud so that we can avoid some crook roads when we use the law to protect ourselves if we need.

China has all the required laws, properly written but selectively enforced. This is not rule of the law. Nobody should be above the law.

You may not believe it, but recently, the same is happening in USA.
Just look at the Boston Marathon Bomber. How they bully this defenseless medical student, claiming he killed people, but up to now there is no real proof.

Law enforcement forgets that they are working for us, not against us. Pathetic!

I have been a new member of communist party recently .the other day ,that is on July 1th ,i swore an oath and made an decision to struggle for the Chinese dream .
It is near the truth thar china has a real problem of corruption and abuse of power . However ,i seldom complain at Chinese injustice for the sake that china has properly law and it represent the interest of the public. It is the bad people enforcing the law that damage our interest and right .i hold the view that all the country including developed and developing countries do have problems of corruption .we should have fath in our country and perceive the problems as an inevitable phenomenon occurred when we struggle for communist social.
