Some foreign companies provide a especial festival as "Family day". Such as my husband's company GE.
Remembering his ast family day, is before my son's born, my husband and I were joining in the festival and we were so happy.
How about this family day? My son is more then 9 months age. We want to take him out to join it with us. I don't known wether this is a good idear or no. But frankly speaking, my son is naughty unusually, so I can't assure we will be take him all day, but I ensure he will have a nice day. 
Take with our son, this is a new family, a whole family and a happy family. Hope we can have a especial nice family day!

- GE is really humanized. If you plan to take your son, you need to prepare a lot for him. But it'll worth it.

- A child is not a child if he is not naughty. Don't mind that too much, but, you need to teach him the basics of proper manners, reasonable behavior, and a considerate attitude when in public.
Certainly you should bring him to the family day events because it would be a perfect chance for him to mix other children and he would be able to learn how to get along with others. Don't worry about his excesses because other people would understand that he is just a kid and he would learn. Perhaps he may give you a surprise and behave wonderfully.
GE is a great worldwide company and they are now producing powerful and effective aircraft jet engines. I also noticed the GE logo on the traffic lights opposite my home. A good employer without doubt.
