Firstly I want to make it clear is that I am not a crude,nor a man with excessive enthusiasm.The fact is that I got a big problem in my routine time, these days I was suffer from cough severely.Actually the problepuzzle me for a longtime before, this phenomenon is only appear in the summer,I can't stand any hotter and my body is easy to be hot, however I won't perspire all the time. the result is that I always coughing,from day to night.I have gone to see different kinds of doctors,and take various medicine,besides I am a strong man and I take exercise often,may be I did't adapt to the climate for the air here is very bad here.It really affect my life.So dear friends,please give me some advice,to the point,some method to reduce my paint,thank you very much.

- What a poor boy! Just as same as me in before, but it's really lucky I don't easy to catch a cold at present. My advice: take more food with vitamine which be helpful for your health.
