I find than i compained too much in my work, I overly concerned with the difference of the salary among the employees. I consider that what I have done is more than I have received,so I work with emotion recently.I know I should look every one from many sides and sdsorb the merits from them.From now on,I will keep my concerntration on something significtive. Changing myself to change the world.

- That is work, we often think what we paid are not match with the salary.Maybe we should change the altitude then things will be better.
