I want to join the Public English test system 3. because I attened self-study exam,university degree~one of all a course is it.so difficult I knows, or other way is that you can join the public english test system3,and instead of it.I think it is not only professional certificate but also be good for my future job.but ,today,I realized some informations about this test in internet.The exam is divided into two parts: the written and oral. to the written confidence but oral……what can i do? speak out is so difficult~,it needs  a long process. no time  to do it~
