We went to Fu Mountain at 10 AM. It only took us about 30 minutes from the bottom of the hill to the destination, where there already been so many people.
Fu Mountain downhill is to fall down from a 90 °steep cliff with a safety belt. The cliff is about 20 metres in height. Its safety is far beyond our imagination. But what we had to conquer is our psychological fear. It’s easier said than done. When I stood on the top of the cliff, my legs trembled violently for fear of heights. And I thought too much especially when I looked down. At that time, it seemed that the coach noticed it and he encouraged me. I forced myself to think of many trials and worried in my daily life, then jumped down bravely. In the process of falling down, I firmly held the rope now and then. Slowly I could control my steps. Finally, I dared to look down and even pose for my friends to take photos.
From this downhill experience , I learned that there’s no limit in our life. We should try our best to explore our potential. Don’t set limit to ourselves. Victory builds on persistence.
