Today,unfortunately,i felt i had a cold.It is terrible that i have a feel fire rotating round my body whole day.It is weird phenomenon that four people in my family almost had a cold recently.Especially,my honey daughter have been illed for near a week.My wife and me can't focus on job daytime,because extremly anxious her conplexion.Always when someone in my family is sick,i just acknowledge that health is the most significant to each human.And  at that time,i conceive a plain making practice to strengthen body.

     I had a break of writing blog three days ago.Now,it is pleasent that i see old friends here.I hope friends including high level english can point my mistakes of blog,except encourage comment.Thanks for help my english distinct improving.

     I love my cute daughter from my deep heart.To be mention that she looks like my childhood.Her personality is continous active.So when we stay home with her at weekend,we all felt tried much better than worksday.But speaking frankly,at that time ,i felt happiness round the  smart girl.
