Move to Dongguan City
My husband gave me a phone call last night that he has found an ideal house in Dongguan. And I will ask for a leave on Saturday. We decide to move the baggage to Dongguan at this coming weekends. The rent house fee , the water and electricity fee are much cheaper than Shenzhen.
From next week, I will live with my colleague for two or three weeks in the company dormitory. I decide to leave the company at the middle of next month. No matter my boss approval or not , I do not have any patience to wait any more. I have done my best here. Maybe they will not settle the salary for me. That is not a big deal, only very little money for 15 days. I hate to wait here without deadline. I am looking forward to a brand new start life. If you really want to persuade me to stay , why not take practical actions to raise the salary? I feel foggy and speechless about this. He talked to me that if give you 2500RMB per month, would you consider to stay, what is the use of 2500 RMB in Shenzhen city? High living cost , high food price , high transportation fee and etc. I decide to leave without any hesitation.

- 2500 Rmb is surely not enough for survival in Shenzhen. They don't know this is an expensive city? Costs are comparable to HK now. My friends living in Guangzhou got to live in the outskirts of the city taking hours of bus everyday just to save some money for other essential expenses, forget about saving money for future. Looks like you have no choice but to pack up and move to Dongguan. Although Dongguan also has it's own problems but looks like you don't have much choice. Should they fail to pay your final salary, you have to register a complain before you leave Shenzhen. Witholding salary with reasonable justification is a serious matter. Good luck dear.

My friends living iIf your income is less than 4k-5k RMB in Shenzhen city, it is very hard to survive here. Every price for life is on the rise, I am too poor to ill in Shenzhen, just a minor cold can cost your serveral hundred RMB , if you choose to see a doctor. Thanks for your understanding about my feelings. They try to persuade me to stay over and over again, but witout any salary raised , I choose to leave. In fact, as an sales merchandiser, I have to do a lot to deal with the job and use English at work.
