SF Express
Several weeks ago, I asked for some one to pick up parcel from our office. The courier came to our office soonly, but I was away when he came. When I back to my seat, one of my co-workers told me that the guy was away and does not want to wait for me at least one minute.
On hearing about this , I made a complaint phone call to SF express company. And I complaint about his poor service attitude toward customers. It is well known that SF express is very famous company and with its high efficient and reputation. Everybody think it is a reliable one , but I met some courier from SF are very unqualified, in my eyes, they are very impatient and unreasonable. Sometimes I choose other express instead of SF ,due to the SF is very expensive in some way, and above all some couriers are very impatient.

- I don't think that it is the delivery staff's fault.
If I were you, I would tell my colleagues where I am before going out.
Why don't your colleagues call you at that time?

- You should give the courier company the chance to investigate and see the result. Should they deny responsbility then you may make a formal complaint and take further action. The advantage in dealing with larger companies is that they do care about their public image.

- In fact , not only the above example for the unhappy things between the SF courier and me. Sometimes I have qurrer with them and warn them we will not do business with them again due to their poor serivice.

- I have the direct phone number to call the delivery guy to pick up the files, no need to call the service number, then you can bulid a long, good business relationship with him...
