Flexible Working Hours

From this week I am able to arrange my time freely on working hours. I set aside some time to read others blogs and also make some comments everyday. I enjoy reading their blogs and I am very happy to know their stories. I found that many young people are good at writing English. And I think I should learn something from them.
Apart from reading others blogs, I like writing my own stories to share with friends on dioenglish as well. And I like visit some websites for English study. I have been crazy about English since I am a middle school student. But my oral English ability is still poor till now. This is my big obstacles I am face with. Although my English skill can deal with my current job, I am still lazy for spoken English improvement.
I think time is pass slowly for me. From this week , my new colleagues has already taken over my job. I would be glad to assist her if some difficult occur to her. I think I am not helpful now , because my boss and my manager do not assign work task for me from this week. I wander why he does not give me an exact date when I can leave.

- Wonderful, flexible working hours can be productive for the staff and employers because we can arrange our work according to priorities. Quite strange that you have to wait for the company to give you a date for leaving the job. Over here, we submit a resignation letter with one month notice and leave on that exact date or we can compensate the company one month pay and leave immediately.

Quite strangeMaybe it is because there lots of new orders to follow up from one customer,9 x 40HQ finished goods need to follow up, and they want me to stay to assist for the new comer. Some small company do not act according to the law, for example,we did not sign the labor contract till now, now I decide to leave, they plan to provide the social insurance for all the staff here. The main reson why I am willing to stay for the past days is because I can learn more here. Now the living cost is so hign, I can not put up with the low salary and the only way I can choose is to leave.
