Busy Work

I am very busy with my work these days, because I will take over one girl’s job at the end of Nov. And the major problem is that the client I am responsible for following up is very troublesome , which is one of the biggest customers in our company. I have to do a lot of things for this job. I am worry about that whether I am able to adapt to the new job quickly. A lot of reports need to deal with, as I know ,most of the factories have to do this kind of things. Such as forecast, monthly report, sales report, pull report and etc.
I do not like the sales manager of our customer, we had a phone meeting the day before yesterday, the reason why we held the meeting was try to solve the problem. But she sounds very strong and impatient.
Today is Saturday and I can have a good rest for two days. Most of my time just to sit in front of the computer and do some cleaning about my house.

- Every office or factory have their own system, but I feel the various reports are quite a waste of time. Most of them are unecessary. We use staff to do the necessary and essential work.
Some times managers use rough pushy attitude to pressure staff. This kind of attitude cause resentment and not good for those managers. Just do the best you can and don't be affected by their attitude,

We use staff toI am not only have to finish these reports ,but also lots of forms need to be accomplished. I feel very headache now. At the boss's side, they want to know the actual sales status for the company, and how much they can earn per month, per year. Thus, some reports are very essential for them. We have no choice, but to follow manager's assignmnet.
