In order to get a general ideal for our company and the responsible for each department, the new office clerk including me had an internal training in the past two days. Every department arranged one person to give us a presentation in the HR conference room. Thus, I get an rough idea of the process and knowledge about each department. Marketing is mainly responsible for developing new customer. And once they get formal orders from customers, they will transfer the project to CSV(customer service department), and I joined this team about one month ago. We contact with PE, PJE, PMC, QC and WHD frequently to go on the daily work. But sometimes it is a little hard to communicate with other departments. No one would like to responsible for the mistakes or something worse result. Every departments has its own KPI(key performance index), KPI is the important factor to evaluate your job.

I do not have too much time to deal with my job due to the training. Thus, although

tomorrow is Saturday, I have to go back to office for work alone. I am lazy, and do not want to cook tomorrow. Luckily at weekends our canteens still supply meals for us. Maybe I will move near to factory after the Spring Festival. In fact, I do not want to move, because the living condition is terrible nearby the factory. Lots of industrial zone there, so the can not feel the fresh air. I have to finish forecast tomorrow, so many reports for this position.
