Climb The Mountain

Spring is a good season to go out for physical exercises It has been a long time since our last climbing the mountain. And it is terrible that I am putting on some weight during these four months staying at home. We think the moderate outdoor activity is beneficial to our health and actually I am trying to lose some weight.We got up early in the mooring to catch the bus. Due to lots of people take bus on Sunday and it is hard to get the seat in small bus in this industry area. Luckily, we finally caught the bus and arrived at the FengHuang mountain. We see some middle school students were dancing on the square and some students in primary school were just following the instruction from their teacher. Everybody was sharing the sunshine of life. After back home in the afternoon, we felt extremely exhausted. Anyway, It was such a nice day I spent with my husband.

It is very good to go out at such a time. Spring brings us more cool feeling full of vivd life beings.
I also go to some places to enjoy nature scenery when I am free on weekends.

I agree with you,I want to get rid of my love handle, it is important to keep fit when we are free.

A person can pretend he is happy while he is sad, but you cannot cover up lack of exercise. Your mind, body, heart and outlook would show how much exercise you have done.

Exercise improves blood circulation. Blood would bring oxygen and nutrition to brain. That is why people who exercise regularly don't feel tired.
