My Mom is a woman with strong personality. She keeps the principle of “we will not attack unless we are attacked; if we are attacked, we will certainly counterattack”.
Let me tell you what is going on about the story. The neighbor guy always parks his car next to the window of our two bedrooms for about a year. In fact, his house is big enough to accommodate his car, but he still chooses to park next to our bedroom. The terrible thing is that he often makes some noise by pressing the button of his car remote controller on purpose again and again, no matter in the day or in the midnight. And we are often wakening up in the midnight by his bad behavior. It is no use to talk to him because he is so unreasonable.
After one year passed, he still enjoys making noise by pressing the button and we finally can not tolerate his action. He is so selfish that we choose to stop him by doing so. My Mom thought of a good method to put some wood next to our room window the day before yesterday. And she also told the head of the village about this situation. Suppose you were in our position, can you put up with the noise at every night? I was very annoyed when I am awaked by his car noise and button noise every time. After the guy went home, he made a compliant phone call to the head of the village. He said that someone occupy his parking place and help them to solve this problems. And he also asked the leader to send us away.
The next day the guy passed by our house and shouted at my mom: “if you do not move away your wood, I will destroy them, you are the outsiders here, who have the right to stop me parking my car of our land, I am the local people here and you are nothing.” He also said some rude words and I do not want to describe them in detail. After hearing his words, my Mom had an argument with him and told him that we will not carry away the wood, if he is doing something harmful to affect our family, we will call the 110 to settle the problem.
Everybody knows that the guy is too poor to get married, at last, he married to one of the local lady of this village and already changed his family name in order to get the annul bonus of the village. If the outsider does not come here to develop this village, the local people are still in the poor economic situation. What is the reason to look down upon others?

- i think the most important thing is to strike back, first, you should comfirm is that the place as supposed to be the parking lot. And you should fircely to battle to that ugly guy, why stay so long time? You can do some tricky things to his car.

- Arguement is useless to help the consuquence. You had better ask the villager for help. He will redress the scales.

- Who is the wrong side is very obvious. If you rent a house , can you permit someone to put his or her car in front of your gate or next to your room window as their parking lot , at first, we do not want to make things worse, but his behavior is unbearable. Now the head of villiage has already found a place for him to put his car.

- We will not argue with him unless he likes to do so. It is a waste of time to argue with such a guy.

- Arguing with a unreasonable person can only influent your mood~It is wise of your mother to tell the leader of the village about this bully.
Many local people have the tendency to look down upon outsiders,especially in rural area,they receive little education and look at things with snobbish eyes.
