I have been pregnant for more than 22 weeks and my appetite for food is stronger than before. I am putting on some weight and 55 kg now .That is a good news for me. At the thought of the pregnant sickness for the first three month, it was a really hard time to get through those days.

I felt short of breathe for the past three days and finally went to hospital for absorbing oxygen this Monday. The doctor told me that if I still not feel good, should go back to hospital for body check. I have been worried a lot for several weeks since I can not felt the baby’s fetal movement until week 20. Maybe he or she is too tiny to move .After checking the heart beating on Monday, everything is all right and I really felt at ease at that moment. It is exciting to learn that my baby is very active this week. The child quickened in my bomb, I felt the movements of the foetus. Maybe with the increase in gestational age, fetal movement is also increasing.

I have been trouble with a backache. And the doctor suggests that I should pay attention to my sleeping position. But I do not used to sleep on the left side and for the health of the child, I force myself to keep this position. For winter days, I always go to bed early and get up early in the morning. It is refreshing to walk out on hour in the morning and take the fresh air.
