As far as I know, there are a great number of companies and factories experiencing economic downturn in 2016. The overall situation is bad and it is essential for big bosses to figure out a solution to conquer the difficulties. Not only our factory dismissed some employees to balance the budget , but also some of my friends and relatives ‘company is facing with this tricky situation as well. Take my factory as an example, some top manage position has to be removed, it is not a strange thing to lay off white collar employees and some position seems to be not so important has to be removed as well. The problem is that, some workers have to share more job responsibility due to short of hand. All bosses want to employees to do more and reduce the labor cost.
I think if you are excellent enough, there is no need to worry about lay off and wage cut, keep yourself competitive in the job market is very important. No matter what industries you are in, you have to learn more knowledge to keep pace with the modern society , especially for the employees in the big cities, the working pressure is relatively more than working in small cities. If you are lazy and not skillful in your job position , it is a dangerous thing. Because you will not predict what will happen tomorrow. Maybe you have stable job today, but will become unemployment tomorrow. Therefore, we should be eager to learn more to enrich ourselves and master a special survival skill if possible. otherwise, we will be kicked out of modern society.

- sure, it's not good under such industry, more and more company closed, but it will clear off those staff, the good one will stay, the bad one will leave, that's the rule,
if we are excellent, be responsible for the company, no worry to leave, meanwhile, we should be fighting more, enrich ourselves,

- I can't agree with you more.since I graduated last year,after I entered in my first company which is the number 1 in the industry,the management of the company is cold and the situation of the industry is hard.many other companies of my classmates in also facing the embarrassing situation,so it's really should to be nervous and encourage ourselves to learn more skills as possible.
