Our company proceed personnel reduction since the middle of last year, the top management is trying to re positioning business scope and internal service , in order to control the cost and allow more concentrated operation. That is to say, if you make some mistake at work, you are in danger, the company will deduct money from your basic salary, to make things worse, they will persuade you to leave the company, they just find an excuse to let you go. But they do not intend to fired you, due to fired some worker need to pay more extra money. I do not want to leave some bad impression for others how terrible the current company I am working for. But from my point of view, they are overdo for some issue. Some of my colleagues are on the roll list ,surely, they have to leave the company soon without hesitation.
As to some colleagues ,we do not think they are valuable to keep them working here, some of them are very impolite and not cooperate for work issue, you pass some work task to them and request them for assistant, but they handle them very slowly. They are just focus on play the mobile phone and not active in working hours. Actually, I do not like this type of person. Some old workers has joined in this company for many years, they think too high about themselves and not modest at all. They think they are very big figures and the company will not run normally without him. What is going on ?
