When we are engage in work or study, we all want to enhance the efficiency and self-learning is very important for us. Self-learning is absolutely playing an important part in our life, only when we improve the self-learning method, we can accomplish the work task or something else within the short time limited. And therefore , we can save time to do other things as we want. The ways to improve self-learning is with many kinds.

The first thing we should do is to set up a goal, the goal must be a small one, due to the bigger one is very hard to be achieved. And we may feel frustrating if we cannot meet the long term goal. So we set up the small goal at first would be much workable. The most importantly is that small goal can be fulfilled easily. We will feel very confident about ourselves to move forward to next step.

Secondly, after we set up the goal ,what we should do is to take actions. We should act as we our planned goal and we should finish it within the time limited. For example, the A plan must be finished for one week and we should strict with ourselves and accomplish it on time. Never put off what you can do today till tomorrow.

The effective methods to improve self-learning ability is uncountable. It depends on different people suits on different ways. The most important is we are clear about our goals very much and accomplish it with motivation.
