1)       After May day holiday, we can feel the extremely hot season is coming in Shenzhen city. In the day time, we can share the air conditioner during the working hours. But after work, when I walk home alone, I feel the hot sunny days is hard to bear. Half an hours on foot every afternoon might be beneficial to my health.

2)       Recently, when I surfed the internet and see what was going on at home and abroad. To my big surprised, we can see that some guys go to extreme and do something badly to hurt other people, to take revenge on society. Maybe in the fast pace changing world, young people are living a hard life, to struggle a lot and shoulder a lot of social responsibly. But it is not a reasonable excuse to hurt other people , go to extremely is undoubtedly danger behavior. We should try to keep the balance between physical and mental health.

3)       The economy recession during this year, we can feel that the orders are decreasing compare with the same stage as the last year. It is not easy to be top sales all the time.  Maybe the economy situation as not so good for the oversea markets as well.

4)       Our factory tried to recruit a new staff to do the foreign trade assistant job, but a couple of months passed, the result is unsatisfactory. Even no girls came here for an job interview. The reason why this happened is that most of the applicants are with high requirements , they ask for high salary and also with two days off at weekends. While our factory only offer one day’s rest per week. Considering about these factors, those candidates are giving a second thought about this.
