rebiya,whose full name is rebiya.kader,she was born in ataile at the foot of artai mountain in xinjiang antonomous region, after opening-up,she was going to outside and tried to do something on business,as she experience 10 years hard work,she possessed much,and becames the first rich woman in xinjiang.
she once worked as vice-chairman of industry and commericial union,and also vice-chairman of female masterpreneur asscioation,and was elected to be eighth national political alliance committee,however,the famous had serious economic problems,according to investgation,rebiya who has been registered adake limited company with his next generation avoid pay taxes,since from1994 to 2004,totally her own debt rised up to 28000000 RMB
August,1999,she was arrested coz the crime of national safety-broken,MARCH,2003 , rebiya be sentenced to jail for 8 years,coz she illegal provided imformations to out-national border .
by reciving medical treatment on aboard ,rebiya had been out of prison for going to America ,speaking of humanity,she admitted;i never took part in any active about national safety-broken

thank you for commenting,we know that heads of terroism,separists,and extremist would have futher demonstration,and create chaos,everything from WUC, that is world uyger congress,they lead a series of violence event,and they wanna expand their violence plan to other cities in xinjiang autonomous region,but under arrangement of local goverment ,urgent occasion calm down,normal life returned ,riot victims now saved by local,as islamic, people must have kind heart to keep our world peaceful and harmonious,this is basic point,normal life is guranteed by law.

- chinese minority policy tilts in favor of those minorities in chinese vast land , however those nasty ones show no gratitude towards the central government , and those elements outside china are doing their best to acheive their forever-unreachable goal . i show my strongest condemnation against those flagrant actions recently commited in xinjiang
