Have a plan for my weekend

On this weekend , i made a plan that i will go to climbing the Wu Tong mountain with my colleague on saturday and have a good rest on sunday . Recently , i feel my body have a bad situation , i don't want to do anything . I think lack of take exercise is the main factor . I remember i had a long time no sports . So, i decide to go to climbing the mountain .
I had worked one year for my current company . Last year , i work hard and study hard . So , i feel studied many that i never touch at past job . Perhaps , i need to get a new job at next year . I hope to get more challenge for my job , because i want to study more !

- Exercise may improve your lack of energy but you also need to take care of your mind. Try to be happy and relaxed and do not stress yourself too much.
Don't expect to use the knowledge you acquired from school. A lot of graduates work in fields not related to their majors. I myself graduated in English Litereature but I eventually became a businessman. I should have studied economics, but who knows I would be in business? That is life. Reality sometimes plays with us. Have a good time buddy.

- Doing proper sports are very beneificial to your health. Maybe you can seek for a new job which is related to foreign trade. Since your strong desire for learning English, I think you can have a try if possible.
