According to Daily Post’s web site, it was reported on May 19th that in England, there was an ATM machine which broke down recently, and when customers got money from it, it would give double times amount of cash to these customers. Soon, the news was spread by word of mouth, and many people came to drawing. The bank said that they don't have to return the money because the false is the bank’s.

As soon as the news came to China, it had become a hot topic among people. Many Chinese people said that if it happened in China, the customers must return the money, or they will be arrested. And sometimes, someone who got counterfeit money from the ATM machines would get no compensation because the bank would deny it.

From my point of view, no matter enterprise or individual, the one who is responsible for something should undertake the responsibility. Evading responsibilities may solve problems, however , the populace’s heart will be hurt deeply.
