To solve this problem, maybe we can give the speaker the points with teacher. if scores are not desirable, the speaker can have a second chance to prepare the presentation. However, it also will cause another problem, which is that it is not fair to classmates who had been the speech. Because they not have points ,so I think these students accepted by the teacher give points. At last, who breaking the rule to fully read or almost didn’t speak English should be punished.
