After seeing the film Titanic, we may have a doubt that why Rose wearing her necklace Karl sent to?

      As we all know there is no definite answer to this question. In my opinion, I think the necklace’s name “the heart of the ocean” is the most important reason. We can see that Rose first met Jack was on the Titanic in the Atlantic Ocean, and fell in love with him in the ocean. And the necklace the heart of ocean was representative their hearts that was connected. Also we can know from the film eighty-four years later, an adventurer in order to search sank Titanic and the valuable necklace. During the searching they found a rusty safe there was the portrait. With out doubt the portrait was Jack picturing for Rose wearing her necklace. Perhaps this is the need of the plot.

       Of course, different person has different reason. And I hope you can share the different opinion with me.
