when i was studied in high school,i learn a paragraph,that is "change view to think".this word impress me deeply.
in fact i always remember this word.
for example:when i was work overtime too late and without extra income,i always think like this:even though i am not earn extra mony,but i finished my task,if so,tomorrow i can get more task,and i can learn more things."so,after i think those,i feel much comfortable.
one time i made a mistake ,and criticised by my colleague. she is really a very captious one.she point out my fault very fiercely.at that time i can not to stop crying.i really want to argue with her.but i choose to be silence and listen to her
carefully.at that time i think:"anyway,i am just a new member,i have no rich experience and unknow for many things.i still need them help me,although she criticize me,but she aslo point out my mistake,next time i will not make same mistake on this thing.so in fact she is teaching me.maybe she just have a bad temper."after i think like those,i feel better.and i stop crying.
every day,we will meet many boring or unsatisfied,unfair thing,maybe we are right,but we have to bear some unfair treatment which cause by others.when we confront those thing,we can think it from good angle rather than take offence.
if so,we can have a good feeling,aslo it can appear that we are magnanimous.maenwhile,it can make the one who cricize you,or bully you feel ashamed.
