Feeling bad

How can I help myself,I really want to know.
Two months have passed since I enterd the foreign company. Time flies but my coding technology is still so weak. Though I make efforts everyday,I can't catch up other colleagues in a going project.I felt very sad. Sometimes I ask mysely whether I choose the right way. Maybe I should choose another occupation.Today my coach chated with me,he said:" Developing may not fit you and you should take testing into consideration." Yes,I should think it over, maybe he is right.
No matter how everything goning,I just want to learn more things before I graduate from my college. Working in a foreign company is not a easy thing, my English level need to be mproved quickly, so I love to view online friends' articles everyday.
