My company is a manufacture enterprise which products basically quick-frozen dumpling and rice ball and rice dumpling in the dragon boat festival, named LongFong food limited company. My company had been the industry pioneer in the quick-frozen food industry by the end of 2003. But with the development strategy adjusting and the rivals coming, my company’s industry range has happened to vary gradually since 2004.my company has been reduced to middling firm from the industry pioneer in the quick-frozen food. There are four big quick-frozen food supplier in china, respectively named WanZaiMaTou、SanQuan、SiNian and LongFong food. Today the industry range of LongFong food is the fourth. In the market competition Longfong has severely fell behind the other. Comparing the sales quantity this year with last year, the sales quantity in this year has highly declined. Recalling that in the last dragon boat festival all of colleagues are busy with selling rice dumpling as the ants in the hot pot, nevertheless this dragon boat festival you hardly imagine that all of colleagues aren’t busy and l have enough time to have a nap after lunch. Yesterday l went to OuChan super market. There are lots of people to buy food、living necessity and other commodity. However there hardly are people in the rice dumpling area ,contrasting the other area. this sight remind me that how we can deal with the rest of warehouse stocking. if we can’t solve the problem in the warehouse stocking before the dragon boat festival arrives, l can’t suppose what will happen. L have served LongFong campany as the delivery supervisor in the logistic department for two years. Under the nowadays situation, l do my best to assure the goods delivery. There are only several day before the dragon boat festival is coming. L expect that the logistics operation work efficiently and can’t impact negatively the rice dumpling sales.
