Do you love dinosaurs?

Many Chinese people do know the word "dinosaur". Unfortunately, they have no interested in these extinct animals. Because they have to earn money to raise their family; they need to take part in a party of their friends; they were busy enough and have no time to consider how dinosaurs looks like. However, the kids do love them. They do not need to worry anything, and are curious everything around them, and alway asked there parents why this and why that. Dinosaurs can especially attract children's curiosity because they were so different from extant animals. They are huge, terrific, and walking with two legs. Whether you love it or not, they have successfully ruled the world for more than 100 million years until they were extincted 65 million years ago.
The most famous dinosaur is Tyrannosaurus rex (霸王龙), who was the largest predator that have been lived in the world. It had big skull, sharp teeth and strong legs, but extremely reduced forelimb which just bear two fingers. Tyrannosaurus usually preyed on Triceratops (三角龙，the horned dinosaur), who bear sharp horns on his head for defense and thick frill to protect his neck. Triceratops have large head that can reach 2 meters long. Another large plant-eat dinosaur is the duck-billed dinosaur. the special character is that they have flat and broad beak like the mouth of duck. additionally, they have hundreds of teeth in their mouths helping them chewing the plant. They usually bear large frills on the head, but we do not know their function. The length of duck billed dinosaur can reach 15 meters. However, they were not the largest dinosaur. The large dinosaurs are sauropods, which can reach 40 meters. Some species have extremely long neck that can nearly reach half of the body length.

Many dinosaurs had large body sides, but there are also small ones. In recent years, the amazing discovery is in China. Paleontologist found many small dinosaurs that bear feathers and have similar bone structure to that of the most primitive bird. Do the morden bird evolved from dinosaurs? The researchers have debated about this issue for a long time. More and more evidence shows that one type of small dinosaur became a bird.
Do you have these questions: why the dinosaurs can reach so huge body size? Why some dinosaurs bear feathers? Why the dinosaurs extinct? Well, it may be boring to know these things for you. However, it is not a bad idea to learn something of their stories, especially as your kids may ask you these questions someday in the future.

- I never see the real dinosaur fossils in person though there is a dinosaur museum in my hometown. I have seen a movie called "dragon knight" in which has a dinosaur with huge wings. No matter how busy we are ,we should think something else except the routine life .i think our life will be a little boring without curiosity.
