Tomorrow is weekend,I plan to climb the wutong mountain which is the highest one in shenzhen.It is said that climbing hill usually can lose weight,especially shank.If don't take exercise for long time,I will work without spirit and get weight more and more.Do more exercise and have a good life habit make me health.For me health is most important.
