I know this website from one of my  college teachers years ago. at first i just want to practise  my English but now I found I have got much more than  that. I always get inspirations here. I know so many friends online and know what kind of life they live. some problems put up here always are my doubts and questions. I even don't know when I became positive and outgoing .I was naive, happy and confident when I was a student. after days of work，the only important thing is work,I put my every effort and every minute into work. gradually,I neglected my surroundings. my health conditions get worse with  my bad temper. unregularly dining time ruined my stomach. when I felt dizzy I suddenly realized that it's too late for me to pay attention to my health. I love sports but I cannot figure out what's the last time that I did sports. I love table tenis, badminton and basketball and so on. live in this city alone, my life has changed totally.while blogs here reminded me that I plan to live a healther and happy life. After work, I will ask some of my colleagues to have a walk with me. and I am going to learn swimming. I have to make a detailed dining table too.  . I love this wedsite, I love people here.
