half day's work
it's fine to have a half day's work on Saturday. and today is not busy. months ago we had to work for the whole day on weekend till 18;00 and with no pay at all. all my friends called it was a overtime work, but I replied I work on Saturday as usual, it;s routine to all my colleagues.
we have so many office rules in my company. we paid according to the score that the manager give to us, if your score beyong 100 that means you cannot get the salary what you should get. No doubt our money was deducted every month. if you late for one minute and two RMB was gone each time and your score was reduced too. some of my colleague have left and I want to leave too. Iam unhappy to work in this company althought I never late for work

- It is counted as ovetime if you are not pushed to sign a so called "no- regular working hours contract".
However ,in terms of your description as above I do suggest you looking for new job. A good company should be personalized first. If they are so strict on presences time. It is not humanizd at all. a traffic jam and a personnel matter could detain you one or two minutes..... You may feel guilty for that already . While This is offset when your salary is reduced correspondly for the small late. This is a very bad vicious cycle and not good for development of your company and yourself
